A UNIQUE CLASS TO SUPPORT BOTH CAREGIVERS AND CHILDREN IN ELLICOTT CITY
Reclaim
A guided movement, mindfulness, and embodiment class for caregivers focused on strengthening, somatosensory exploration, and play all set to music that will move you. The goal is for caregivers to gain full-body presence, create community, and reclaim joy.
Children are encouraged to join. During the class they will be guided through music and movement by a certified pediatric OT in a separate, but nearby, space.
Then everyone will join for 30 minutes of community bliss.
Friday mornings 10-11:30 AM starting January 31st in Ellicott City (exact location provided upon sign-up)

Classes to provide support to BOTH the caregiver and child through movement and music to honor everyone’s needs in the caregiving journey.
WHAT TO ANTICIPATE WITH RECLAIM:
6-weeks of classes on Fridays from 10-11:30 AM starting January 31st
Classes will be led by two certified occupational therapists with special interest in sensory integration, intricacies of anatomy and physiology, mindfulness, movement, music, and regulation.
Children and caregivers will be in separate, but nearby, spaces for the first portion of class. During this time, an occupational therapist will guide you through class specific to your needs. For the next portion of class, everyone will join together in community.
